Children On Premises

At Halina Skin + Wellness + Med Spa the safety and comfort of our guests is of the utmost importance, we kindly ask that no children under 6 years of age be brought to the spa and all other children must be supervised by their parents while at our facilities.

Cell Phone Policy

Our goal at Halina is to offer each of our clients a quiet respite from the everyday pressures of life, please be kind and turn off your cell while on the premises.

Booking As A First Time Guest

As part of our system update all appointments are required to be held with a current debit/credit card or by purchasing a Halina gift card which will be placed in your account.

Cancelling Your Appointment

We at Halina value your time and as a courtesy to our providers we require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations.  We realize everyone forgets from time-to-time and we will simply offer you a courtesy reminder the first no-show, if however, you miss additional appointments without an emergency situation, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service cost to your credit card or gift card on file.

Returns

At Halina we have taken a lot of time in choosing products that we believe and stand behind, though we realize there are times that certain products are not suitable for each client and are happy to exchange any product with 14 days of the original purchase date, we do not offer refunds for returned product however, we are happy to provide a store credit which can be used to buy products in the future.
