ELEVATE YOUR RETREAT
If you choose, you may opt to enhance your services with some of our fabulous upgrades. We ask that you review our menu and let us know in advance if the enhancement requires additional treatment time.
CONSIDERATIONS
- Face coverings are OPTIONAL for all clients.
- Guests are limited to 2 alcoholic drinks per person. We are unable to allow outside alcohol into our property
- Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted without prior approval by our management team
- A written agreement will be required before securing your retreat and each individual will be required to sign a consent form at check in.
- Retreats are subject to availability and we are unable to reschedule existing appointments for your event.
RESERVATIONS
- A 50% deposit of your total due is required to secure your retreat. This deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of your reservation.
- An 18% gratuity will be included in your total due.
- Gift Certificates may not be used to pay for or secure these events
- Services prepaid in a series are not eligible to use in your retreat package.
- All services reserved must be paid in full, regardless if a party member isn’t able to attend.
- A credit card must be held on file and prior-authorized for the total amount. This card will be charged for your convenience during check out, or it can be used in the event of accordance with our cancellation policy.
FAQs
Are Face Coverings Required?
Face coverings are OPTIONAL for all of our clients. Our staff will be wearing masks through out the spa and during treatments.
Can I Invite Friends To Join Me Between Services?
At this time, only individuals receiving services may enjoy your private retreat. Due to current regulations, we are unable to host spa parties. Instead, this is meant to be a safe and luxurious escape for small groups or couples.
Why Is The Cancellation Policy So Strict?
Since we are reserving our entire property just for you, it prevents our team from continuing to service our other guests. We may have to turn away other honored clients to offer you this wonderful experience. Such as it is, we will require that you meet us halfway and understand that we can not return your deposit in the event of a last minute cancellation.
Can Anybody Else Enter The Spa?
Yes, our business doors will remain open to guests who may want to buy gift certificates, purchase retail, or schedule an appointment for a later date. You will be the only guests enjoying our services or entering the treatment and relaxation areas.
