If you anticipate being late, please call our spa reception as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust the schedule to accommodate your circumstances. However, this may not always be possible, especially during peak hours.
Unfortunately, we are not able to extend your treatment if you arrive late, as our therapists have appointments scheduled throughout the day. It’s important to arrive on time to make the most of your spa experience.

Wear comfortable clothing to the spa, and you will be provided with a robe and slippers for your treatment. You can undress to your comfort level during your service.
